This role offers flexible hours, an hourly base of $16.50, and uncapped bonuses, with an average earnings range highlighted by the company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• Experience from sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and sales-oriented.
• Greet and guide customers through the rental process, identifying needs from the first moment.
• Confidently upsell upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle inquiries with urgency and maintain an organized, service-oriented approach.
