SIXT Rent a Car, LLC. is hiring a Rental Sales Agent in Dallas to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will manage the fleet, learn all vehicle details, and support customers with a friendly, service-focused approach.

The role emphasizes up-selling, handling inquiries, and achieving sales goals while maintaining knowledge of SIXT products and fleet. Flexible hours and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• English communication skills are essential.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
