Job summary

SIXT in Redondo Beach is seeking a customer-focused team member to be the first point of contact for shoppers, delivering friendly service and driving sales. You’ll handle rental agreements, learn our fleet inside out, upsell upgrades, protection packages, and extra services to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Upselling and closing skills to hit targets.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail/sales or hospitality.
• Fluent English communication required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
