Job summary

H.O. Penn Power Systems Rental seeks an experienced Compressed Air and Temperature Control Rental Sales Representative to cover Medford, NY or Bronx, NY. You will drive the sale of rental equipment, maintain CRM records, and build strong customer relationships to grow revenue.

The role offers commission-based earnings with potential guaranteed pre-paid commission during the first 12 months. Company-provided vehicle, cell phone, and laptop support field sales activities across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of outside sales or business development experience in industrial/ rental sectors.
• Knowledge of compressed air, temperature control, or related equipment preferred.
• Experience growing revenue and managing customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Sell H.O. Penn Power Systems Rental Compressed Air and Temperature Control equipment.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast revenue, and track opportunities.
• Develop and secure rental and sales opportunities with end users, contractors, and re-rent accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, service, and credit teams to ensure smooth rental transactions.
