Job Summary

This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building abilities. While designed to be completed in 18-24 months, there is an opportunity to finish in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will support location and regional management through operational and administrative tasks. Essential Functions

• Handling sales and processing inbound calls and outbound solicitations
• Maintaining accurate data within the company's marketing database
• Generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
• Managing rental asset processes, including Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards
• Achieving market share goals through sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Resolving customer concerns to maintain and grow relationships

Additional Responsibilities

• Performing On-Call Representative duties as scheduled
• Performing other duties as assigned
