We are seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our growing Avis Budget Group team. We support your growth by developing, encouraging, and rewarding you to maximize earnings in a friendly and empowering sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Rent vehicles and promote our products and services at airport rental counters. This includes processing contracts, identifying customer needs, upselling offerings, and providing excellent customer service.

Perks:

• Bi-weekly hourly wage plus commission, incentive, bonus plan (potential to earn up to 3 times your annual base salary). Weekly wage in New York and Puerto Rico.
• Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months.
• On-the-job sales training.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• On-site presence required; remote work not possible.
• Bonus: 6 months of real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
