About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
2. Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial goals and insurance needs; present suitable life insurance options.
3. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to clients' concerns and preferences.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and policy retention.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare reports for management.
7. Compliance: Conduct all activities in line with regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel within the territory and have a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we assist with licensing).
