1. Part Time: $50,000+
2. Full Time: $125,000+

This is a 1099 / commission-based position.

SELLING:

• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance!
• We also offer health and wealth products.
• We have a value-based, warm lead system!
• In other words, we sell ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help with life insurance.
• NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY.
• You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.
• You are not required to buy Symmetry leads.
• We are a "non-captive" agency.
• Contracted with 30+ top-rated insurance carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and many more, allowing us to find the best prices and coverages for clients.
• Primarily write simplified-issued / instant-decision products (no para-med exam required).

The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours!

BUILDING (Optional):

• You have the opportunity to build and own your own agency if you choose to, at no cost.
• Build PASSIVE INCOME by helping others become successful life insurance agents!
• You'll have TRUE OWNERSHIP of your agency (even pass it down!).

Day in the life of an average agent includes:

• Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program or sourcing clients through warm market/other preferred sources.
• Contacting leads to gather information and setting follow-up meetings.
• Finding products from our 30+ carriers that best fit clients' needs.
• Helping clients apply for their desired policies during your second meeting.
