Job summary

SIXT in the United States is hiring a customer service and sales associate to welcome customers, manage our vehicle fleet, and turn interactions into sales. You will upsell upgrades and handle rental agreements with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Enjoy flexible working hours and strong development opportunities while earning a base hourly rate of $16, with uncapped bonuses based on performance. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service


• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience


• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile


• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact


• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality


• You are communicative and articulate in English


• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time


• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
