Job summary

SIXT Miami is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Associate for a full-time role. You will warmly welcome customers, manage the fleet, and ensure a superior rental experience.

You will upsell upgrades and services, prepare rental agreements, handle inquiries, and actively pursue sales targets while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to upsell and close sales to meet targets.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
