Job summary

HOLT Cat is seeking a Rental Expeditor to support equipment rental operations across the DFW Metroplex. You will be the main contact for rental customers, coordinating inquiries, quotes, and end-to-end rental transactions while working with Sales Reps to drive business growth.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of equipment rental processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with travel up to 10% within the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in equipment rental or a related field; three to five years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person to provide prompt customer service.
• Coordinate day-to-day rental activities, including equipment allocation and logistics.
• Create rental agreements and quotes; verify accuracy of documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps, transportation, credit, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
