Job summary

HOLT CAT is seeking a Rental Expeditor in the Dallas area to support equipment rental operations across a multi-branch region. You will be the primary contact for rental customers, coordinating inquiries, quotes, and end-to-end rental transactions with Sales Reps and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in equipment rental or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.
• Coordinate day-to-day rental activities and asset management.
• Prepare rental agreements and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps and transportation for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, contracts, invoicing, and credits.
