Job summary

HOLT CAT in Little Elm, Texas, is seeking a Sales Coordinator 1 to handle day-to-day administrative activities for the sale and rental of equipment. The role centers on coordinating orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer communications to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work onsite, collaborate with internal and external resources, maintain scheduling, and support the Retail Customer Experience program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of invoicing, receiving, and basic business accounting principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective organization, self-management, analytical problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to compute basic math and read information.
• Knowledge of construction equipment sales industry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate alignment with HOLT CAT mission and values daily.
• Act as primary contact for internal customers for Sales, Demos, Loaners, Heavy Rentals, and RPOs.
• Assist with logistics from order through delivery with transport, parts, and service.
• Manage aspects of rental life cycle including contracts, insurance, pricing, and invoicing.
• Process in-store credit card sales, authorizations and credits.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of inventory to maintain stocking levels.
• Serve as liaison for Product Health Loaners via Monday.com and CAT support.
