Coastal CAT, a newly launched CAT® Compact Equipment Dealer expanding across Southern Florida, seeks a General Manager of the Rental Division. You will lead rental operations, optimize fleet utilization, and drive profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will develop rental strategies, manage fleet investments, mentor staff, and collaborate with sales, service, and logistics to meet market demand.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multi-location rental operations
• Ability to develop and execute rental strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of pricing structures and fleet planning

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage rental operations across all branches and territories
• Develop and implement rental strategies, goals, and performance metrics
• Oversee fleet planning, acquisitions, disposals, and utilization targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Collaborate with sales, product support, and logistics teams to support customer needs
• Monitor market conditions and adjust rental strategies to stay competitive
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to rental managers and staff
• Ensure accurate forecasting and rental system documentation
