Job summary

Coastal CAT, led by Coastal Construction Equipment, LLC, seeks a Senior Executive Project Manager to orchestrate the launch and scale of its Southern Florida CAT Compact Equipment dealership. You will align operations across functions, establish governance, and drive readiness for rapid market entry and growth.

The role requires executive leadership, strategy development, risk mitigation, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project management, business transformation, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading branch startups, geographic expansions, mergers, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience in executive-level reporting, budgets, and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive owner of the Coastal CAT startup and expansion program.
• Lead integration of all functional workstreams (Operations, Sales, Rental, Service, Parts, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Experience, Facilities, Corporate Services).
• Establish governance, steering committees, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive accountability among leaders, vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Present status, risks, and investments to senior executives and owners.
• Identify gaps and develop scalable solutions for growth.
• Ensure readiness for branch openings and market expansion.
• Champion safety, operational excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
