Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing partner. The Rental Manager will plan and direct the Rental activities at the La Vergne branch, organizing and controlling the Rental Department to meet company objectives.

The role involves developing sales and marketing programs to reach utilization and profit targets, evaluating performance against standards, and training Rental Department staff to ensure objectives are met.

Competenze

• Sales experience or recent training.
• Strong organization skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Available on call-out basis to service customers.
• Must be Company/Team minded.
• CDL preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs and coordinates all activities of the Rental Department at branch assigned accomplishing objectives and defines sales goals.
• Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales, utilization, and profit target based on current market conditions.
• Evaluates Rental performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate actions as necessary. Appraises performance of rental personnel against established standards and targets.
• Controls Rental utilization through the analyzation of market potential in accordance with established goals.

The Rental Manager plans and directs the Rental activities of the branch. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the efforts of the Rental Department personnel in the accomplishment of company objectives.
