Job summary

Ultipro in Bremerton, WA is hiring a Rental Agent in a full-time, benefits-eligible role. You will detail inside/outside rental vehicles, shuttle customers, and maintain inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This entry-level position includes extensive on-site training; prior dealership experience helps. A valid driver's license is required, and this role is designated Safety Sensitive with pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

Description

This is a full time position with benefits!
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Detail inside and outside of rental vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining inventory control for the agency.
• Inspects rental vehicles upon return for damage.
• Notifies Rental Manager of vehicles needing service.
• Shuttles rental customers to and from dealerships.
• Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
• May also be called upon to assist the Xpel Installation center.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensures rental lot is clean and organized.
• Requires Driving a motor vehicle and is a Safety Sensitive position
• Ensures complete customer satisfaction!

Applicants are subject to a pre-employment driving record check, background check and drug test.

In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.

Compensation and Benefits

• $17.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Annual performance and pay review
• Weekly pay
• 401K with employer match up to 50% of 5%

• Paid Vacation after 90 days of employment

General Population Vacation Accrual:

90 days = 24 hours

1 Year = 48 hours

2 Years = 88 hours

3 Years = 96 hours

5 Years = 136 hours

10+ Years = 160 hours

Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
