Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Rental HVAC Service Technician II to join our field service team in Bear, DE. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, including air handling units, boilers, pumps, and controls, while delivering professional customer service.

In this role, you will manage field reports, operate service tools and vehicles, load/unload equipment, and contribute to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software.
• EPA certification not required here but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Maintain accurate field service reports and logs.
• Load/unload trucks and operate service tools and vehicles.
• Provide professional customer service and promote Carrier products.
