Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in housing regulation or related duties.
• Minimum 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and compliance of the Rental Housing Act of 1985 and related regulations.
• Provide guidance and respond to inquiries from residents, government staff and housing providers.
• Coordinate with external agencies to obtain information and expedite actions related to housing cases.
• Direct individuals to alternative assistance sources when issues fall outside the Division or Housing Resource Center.
• Review regulatory filings for conformity with regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions.
