Qualifications

• Experience monitoring affordable housing compliance and related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and analyze performance of multi-family properties to assure regulatory compliance with DHCD loan documents.
• Review financial, administrative, and physical condition of assets; advise supervisors and assist owners and managers to implement solutions.
• Support development of new processes and training for staff.
