Foley Industries—Foley Equipment, Foley Rental, SITECH Central—seeks a Rental Fleet Manager in Kansas to drive the financial performance of our rental fleet. You will analyze key metrics, optimize ROI, manage fleet investment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has asset management experience, strong data analytics skills (Excel/PowerBI/Tableau), excellent communication, and a working knowledge of construction equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in asset/fleet management.
• Experience in construction equipment rental.
• Strong data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet investment and ROI metrics across divisions.
• Oversee maintenance and downtime to optimize uptime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.
