You will promote add-on services and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them on vehicle options, handling payments, coordinating reservations, and performing vehicle

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process rental agreements and required documentation.

• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental.
• Collect payments, deposits, and issue receipts accurately.
• Manage reservations and update rental system records.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Follow up on overdue rentals and coordinate extensions.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain organized records and a professional workspace.
• Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed.
