Avis Budget Car Rental is seeking a Rental Sales Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the rental process at our station. You will deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and recommend value-added products to enhance the rental experience.

You will accurately prepare rental agreements, maintain records, and coordinate with Fleet Services to ensure vehicle availability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, automotive rental, or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions meeting customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn rental management, fleet management, and workflow software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service throughout the rental experience.
• Identify customer transportation needs and provide personalized rental solutions.
• Explain rental agreements, policies, protection options, vehicle features, and returns clearly.
• Resolve routine questions and concerns; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Represent Avis Budget Car Rental brands with professionalism and integrity.
• Execute the Company’s 6-Step Rental Process to deliver a consultative sales experience.
• Maintain accurate rental agreements and customer information in systems.
• Coordinate with Fleet Services and other departments to support vehicle availability and returns.
• Report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns per procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth station operations and customer experience.
