Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our Pensacola, FL facility. You will help customers navigate the rental process, ensure the right equipment is available when needed, and build lasting relationships with contractors and company principals.

You’ll work with our T3 tech platform to keep information up to date and deliver exceptional service, with a schedule that runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and overtime after 40 hours.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process

• Maintain existing relationships and keep customers updated on new services
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
