EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our Santa Teresa, NM onsite yard. This role focuses on guiding customers through the rental process, building strong contractor relationships, and delivering excellent service using our T3 technology.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours. We value initiative, energy, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn EquipmentShare products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
