Job summary

Warehouse On Wheels in Ohio is seeking a motivated customer relations assistant to support pricing, prepare rental agreements, and respond to inquiries. You will work with the General Manager, coordinate with billing, and document transactions as trailers move.

You will build relationships with customers, inspect trailers, and help with minor trailer projects. Proficiency with Word and Excel and a strong service mindset are essential; a HS diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in direct customer relations.
• Must have a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager on pricing for customers
• Prepare rental agreements
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' practices and rental rates
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with billing for new agreements
• Respond to incoming calls and requests for information
• Assist customers with trailer and container needs
• Listen to customer needs and determine appropriate trailer and container support
• Document each transaction and trailer movements
• Bill back trailer pricing when activated and returned
• Develop and nurture customer relationships
• Perform a complete inspection of trailers and document any defects
• Inspect trailers upon return to confirm condition
• Take photos and document damage for billing
• Assist with minor trailer projects (decals, painting, etc.)

What Youll Do:

• Work with General Manager on pricing for customers
• Prepare rental agreements
• Maintain a working knowledge of competitors' practices and rental rates
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs
• Work with billing department for coordination of new agreements
• Respond to incoming calls and requests for information
• Work directly with customers for trailer and container needs
• Listen to customers needs and determine appropriate trailer and container support
• Document each transaction with trailer distribution and track trailer movements
• Work with billing to provide trailer pricing when trailer is activated and then returned
• Develop and nurture customer relationships
• Perform a complete inspection of the trailer to confirm readiness and document any defects
• Complete inspections of trailers to confirm condition as trailer is being returned
• Take photos and document damage to bill back customer
• Assist with working on trailers with minor projects (Decals, painting, etc.)

• Proficient with Microsoft programs, especially Word and Excel

Qualifications:

• Must have a current drivers license
