C&E Rentals is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our Eugene team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with contractors, solving problems, and keeping things moving at a fast pace. You’ll be helping customers get the right equipment when they need it—and making sure the experience is smooth from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
- Help walk-in and call-in customers with rentals.
- Create rental quotes, process contracts, and manage returns.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment.
- Keep things organized and moving across the counter and in the system.
- Jump in to help the team when needed—inside or out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning rental systems.
- Good with multitasking and staying calm when it’s busy.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
