Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or rental coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and rental software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the front-line contact for customers by phone and walk-in, providing a warm greeting and professional service.
• Manage rental inquiries and bookings, quoting rates and resolving requests in a single call when possible.
• Serve as a product expert, understanding customer equipment needs and recommending solutions.
• Coordinate rental logistics, including scheduling, delivery, and pickup of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, inventory, and client communications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rentals to confirm good working condition.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and track equipment usage; schedule routine maintenance as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the rental process.
