Southern Team is hiring a Rental Car Manager in Roanoke, VA. You will coordinate daily reservations, assist customers through the rental process, and keep records accurate.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with service and sales departments regarding vehicle status.
• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support overall rental department operations.
