Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Rental Car Associate to manage leasing operations, reservations, and the upkeep of the rental fleet. You will ensure accurate billing and documentation while supporting customers throughout the rental process.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, clear communication, and a valid driver's license. The role emphasizes inventory control and coordinating maintenance across the fleet at our Buford, GA location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the leasing of rental cars to customers.
• Make customer reservations and ensure correct presentation of rental forms and final bills.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and fueling of the rental fleet including shop rentals.
• Handle ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals.
• Assist in collecting credit extended to rental customers as notified by accounts receivable.
• Maintain inventory control of rental vehicles.
