Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast in Buford, GA is expanding with a new Rental Annex and is hiring a Rental Agent to guide customers through the vehicle rental process. You will greet customers in person, by email, and by phone, explain loaner policies, and prepare contracts.

You'll keep loaner cars ready, manage inventory, and support Service Drive staff while enjoying benefits like health insurance options, 401k match, HSA contributions, and career growth opportunities in a family-owned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the rental car industry is a plus.
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license; background and drug test screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, via email and by phone.
• Communicate loaner policy and cost.
• Prepare all loaner contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
• Ensure cars are clean and ready for the next client.
• Manage loaner inventory.
• Assist Service Drive support staff.
