Job summary

AutoNation, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, is hiring a Rental Car Associate in Mesa, AZ. You will present rental forms, finalize bills, and make customer reservations while overseeing fleet maintenance and the associated rentals.

Responsibilities include collecting credit, inventory control, and coordinating ESP/service/body shop rentals as part of a busy rental operation. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
