Qualifications

• Ability to create and send invoices and track payments.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and processing Rental billing and collections operations.
• Coordinating with Rental and other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Corresponding with Rental clients to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Preparing and sending invoices through accounting and Rental software.
• Maintaining and updating records and client accounts.
• Following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Assisting with Rental audits and reporting data.
