The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for researching and billing exception agreements in their assigned districts. This includes auditing and researching each billing exception agreement, working on Salesforce cases, and processing revenue rejections and vehicle changes (VCNs). The role also involves end-of-month closing activities such as working accruals, submitting journal entries, and researching district variances. Excellent communication skills are essential to interface effectively with operational locations and internal departments.
