Job Summary

The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for researching and billing exception agreements in their assigned districts. This includes auditing and researching each billing exception agreement, working on Salesforce cases, and processing revenue rejections and vehicle changes (VCNs). The role also involves end-of-month closing activities such as working accruals, submitting journal entries, and researching district variances. Excellent communication skills are essential to interface effectively with operational locations and internal departments.

Essential Functions
  • Research and release billing exceptions daily for assigned districts.
  • Understand and investigate mileage variances and exceptions.
  • Provide backup support for other Billing Coordinators when needed.
  • Communicate with field operations via email or phone.
  • Research discrepancies or previous billings to ensure accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable, thorough, and detail-oriented with good follow-up practices.
  • Flexible schedule availability for month-end close activities (1st, 2nd, and 3rd workday).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $20.00, influenced by experience and other factors. Potential eligibility for bonuses or incentives.
