The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for researching and resolving billing exception agreements in assigned districts. This includes auditing and researching each exception, working Salesforce cases, processing revenue rejections and vehicle changes (VCNs), and performing month-end close activities such as accruals and variance research. Excellent communication skills are essential to interface effectively with operating locations and internal departments.
