Job summary

Vail Resorts in Minnesota is hiring for winter seasonal roles including cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Join our team for a season or stay to build a career, with competitive pay, free passes, and lessons, plus discounts across lodging, gear and mountain shuttles.

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops

Fit guests with equipment -we'lltrain you!

Explain to guests how tooperaterental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options

Work together with teammates tomaintainsafety standard

May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales

A Rental Associateteam member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
