The Rental Assistant/ Receptionist provides administrative support to the Rental Department, including monitoring purchase order updates, job-site changes, call-offs, rental equipment extensions, and ordering supplies. The Rental Assistant/ Receptionist is also responsible for operating the company's computer console and performing receptionist duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, and performing various clerical assignments.
