Job summary

LeBlanc Automotive in Baton Rouge is seeking a Rental Car Agent to manage leasing of rental cars and coordinate with customers and service teams. This role supports reservations, billing, and fleet upkeep to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct presentation of rental forms and finalization of bills.

• Supervise maintenance, cleaning and gassing of the rental fleet, including shop rentals.
• Handle service rentals and body shop rentals.
• Be responsible for collecting credit extended to rental customers upon notification from accounts receivable.
• Inventory control of rental vehicles.

Rental Car Agent

The Rental Car Agent is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing of rental cars to customers. This position interacts daily with Customers, Service Associates, Sales Associates, Service Managers, Collision Managers and Sales managers.

Responsibilities
