Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Rental Support Rep to ensure rental equipment is ready for shipment, manage daily yard operations, and coordinate with multiple branches. The role requires hands-on equipment handling, inventory control, and after-hours on-call availability.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills. This position operates at various Florida locations and offers practical, on-site work with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Must have a valid license and clean driving record.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and DBS.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
• High School Diploma or related equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental equipment is Rent Ready cosmetically and mechanically for immediate shipment.
• Receive rental/support equipment; perform Check In and report hours, fuel, damage, and service needs.
• Load/unload equipment using a lift truck/crane; assist with yard organization and inventory.
• Coordinate with branches and vendors; prepare parcels and communicate with stakeholders.
• Participate in On Call rotation and after-hours responses; assist with equipment prep and loading.
