The role emphasizes data accuracy, communication with landlords and participants, and documenting outcomes in Yardi and other tracking systems. Telework is available after probation, with a standard in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combo of education/experience may be accepted.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication, especially with landlords and participants.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Requests for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify applicant/tenant, unit, and landlord information through internal systems.
• Review inspection results for accuracy and program compliance.
• Determine rent affordability using income calculations and payment standards.
• Perform rent reasonableness determinations using the Novogradac database.
