Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Gainesville, FL store. The role focuses on operational leadership, team development, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor customer satisfaction, and implement plans to grow revenue while ensuring excellent service and asset protection. This position offers growth opportunities within our franchise network.

Qualifications

• Two years of assistant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid state driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team.
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
• Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards
• Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports
• Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth
• Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed
• Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Two years of assistant management experience required
• Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
• Heavy lifting required
• Computer proficiency in a Windows operating system
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
