Qualifications

• Two years of assistant management experience preferred.
• Profit and loss experience preferred but not required.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Computer proficiency in Windows operating system.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team.
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits.
• Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards.
• Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports.
• Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth.
• Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Two years of assistant management experience preferred
• Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
• Heavy lifting required
• Computer proficiency in a Windows operating system
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possess a valid state Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
