Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in the United States is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive store revenue, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role supports daily operations, training, and potential advancement to Store Management within a family-oriented franchise.

The position offers 5-day weeks with Sundays off, weekly pay, and a benefits package including retirement savings and growth opportunities through internal programs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• A positive, upbeat attitude is essential.
• Able to perform heavy lifting as part of the job.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Background check, drug screen, and MVR checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries/complaints.
• Assist with deliveries and set-up at customer locations when needed.
• Direct and supervise staff involved in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store and Regional Manager.

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager
