Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center in Jackson, TN is hiring a Lead Assistant Manager. This role offers $16.00-$21.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a strong growth path through YOUniversity and internal development.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet/exceed standards.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage and maintain store inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries/complaints.
• Occasionally go on truck for deliveries and setup at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise staff engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Manage and secure store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/Regional Manager.

As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for: Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to Managing and maintaining the store's inventory Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service Manage and secure the assets of the store Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager Proficient in both sales and account management functions Heavy lifting required Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year Be at least 18 years of age Be legally permitted to work in the US Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
