Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is seeking a Lead Assistant Manager in Brownsville, TN to join a Rent A Center franchise with a focus on advancement and training for future management positions. You will lead daily account management, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting store staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, paid sick/vacation/holidays, quarterly profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure policies, procedures and standards are followed.
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory.
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager.
• Proficient in both sales and account management functions.
• Heavy lifting required.
