Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level Delivery and Customer Service role in the Tallahassee area. The position involves driving to deliver and pick up items, assembling products in customers' homes, and assisting in-store tasks as needed.

No prior experience required; training is provided and there is a clear path into management for high performers. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers
• Must pass a background check and MVR check

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries—training provided

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
