We are seeking a Renovations Sales Estimator to join our Constructive Renovations Team. This role involves preparing cost estimates for home renovation projects, working closely with homeowners to understand their needs and budgets, and managing project costs, bids, and vendor relations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Securing renovation projects through contracts and deposits, ensuring homeowner expectations are met.
2. Upselling additional services and products.
3. Meeting with clients, reviewing blueprints, and discussing project requirements.
4. Preparing detailed cost estimates, managing change orders, and maintaining documentation.
5. Collaborating with vendors for accurate pricing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
6. Developing a strong understanding of the company’s goals and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications required:

1. High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related preferred.
2. 3+ years in construction estimation and 2+ years in sales and customer service.
3. Knowledge of construction methodologies, blueprints, and software tools.
4. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
