Chadwell Supply is seeking a Renovation Field Manager to oversee the renovation project development phase for customers, expanding renovation sales across product categories and ensuring high levels of project management and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel regionally. This is a full-time position with standard hours and regional travel Expectation.]

Competenze

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, Sales, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business apps.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify barriers and apply problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty, with incomplete information.
• Willingness to travel and work overnight as needed.

Mansioni

• Construct the Deal: Develop and oversee the discovery process for large projects.
• Submit requests and provide all information needed to create a proposal (scope of work, product selection, prices, budget, timeline, unit walk through).
• Present the Deal: Present proposals to customers effectively and professionally; update stakeholders via Pipedrive; provide feedback for changes.
• Close the Deal: Communicate win/loss and reasons; obtain final documents; coordinate with Renovation Department on setup, inventory, and job management.
• Monitor the Deal: Track progress via Pipedrive; communicate credit/receivables status; participate in sales and operations events and local/regional industry functions.
