Job summary

Diamond National Realty is seeking a skilled Operations Lead to oversee field operations, monitor project schedules, and maintain clear communication between vendors and internal teams across multiple renovations in the Atlanta metro.

You will manage scheduling, verify quality, coordinate purchasing and inventory, and report progress weekly. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and daily travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovation, construction, or property maintenance field operations.
• Proven ability to manage and enforce project schedules across multiple active sites simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for all work communications.
• Valid driver's license with daily travel between properties in the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule management and field oversight across unit turns, renovations, and CapEx projects.
• Conduct pre-turn walkthroughs to establish scope and readiness.
• Verify vendor installs and internal work meet quality standards and scope.
• Identify and communicate delays, with recommended actions.
• Coordinate trades and sequencing to avoid workflow gaps.
• Serve as field liaison between vendors, maintenance teams, and leadership.
• Communicate in English and Spanish to field stakeholders.
• Maintain field records and provide weekly status updates.
• Support AppFolio compliance by documenting field activities.
