Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Renovation Specialist in Fargo, ND to restore and repair properties, ensuring attractive appearance and structural integrity. You will interact with owners, residents, inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes cost-effective, timely project completion, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and ongoing training to support resident satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education with one or more years’ related experience and/or training preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Demonstrated proficiency of construction tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Presents and maintains a professional appearance and demeanor with owners, customers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers and Goldmark personnel.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with owners, customers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers and other team members.
• Perform assigned work at properties to drive resident satisfaction and retention through service and proactive problem resolution.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of construction and repair projects.
• May provide input on continued property improvements for budget consideration.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
• Takes measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed.
